Yesterday an enthusiastic group of ROSEN received the certificate of participation of the masterclass Innovative Project Leadership of de ketenverkorters. Together we learned a lot about influencing and motivating people, structuring our projects and how to show pro-active behavior within our own circle of influence.
The overall rating of the participants had an average of 8.6 (out of 10) for the Masterclass itself, and a 8.9 (out of 10) for the trainer Hans Pieter van den Berg.

This 4-day IPMA masterclass (available in English and Dutch) trains your leadership skills interactively. We bring theory into practice in a down-to-earth manner. How do you motivate your team, manage your environment, and maintain structure in your project in an ever-changing setting? This calls for innovative leadership! The training aids in (re)discovering your own strengths and how you can employ your leadership in a new way within your projects. Approximately 1/3 of the training focuses on Technical Competencies, while 2/3 concentrates on Behavioral and Contextual Competencies.
Our Innovative Project Leadership masterclass is based on IPMA ICB-4 and leads to IPMA D or C certification through the IPMA Netherlands association.
